I’ve spent nearly a decade working exclusively with fashion brands, helping them grow profitably through strategy, finance, and marketing.
I’m the founder of Grapefox, a consultancy that works with fashion brands at every stage, from emerging labels to companies doing over €100 million in annual revenue. We’ve worked with more than 100 brands to date.
I’m an operator first
Before advising brands, I ran them. I’ve launched and operated multiple e-commerce businesses, managed cash flow crunches, dealt with inventory problems, and made payroll decisions. I’m not a consultant who’s only seen spreadsheets—I’ve lived the reality of running a company.
That’s why I work with founders as a peer, not as an outside “expert” telling you what to do.
What I actually do
My work combines:
- Financial strategy: Cash flow optimisation, margins, unit economics, P&L. The foundation everything else sits on.
- Positioning & branding: How you sit in the market and why customers choose you over alternatives.
- Marketing & paid advertising: Meta, Google, TikTok. Strategy and execution that ties back to profitability.
I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t across dozens of fashion businesses. That pattern recognition is what I bring to every engagement.
Background
I’m originally from Italy. I started in fashion almost ten years ago and never left, because the industry rewards specialists, not generalists.
Why fashion only
Fashion has unique economics: seasonality, high return rates, inventory risk, brand-driven purchasing. Generic advice doesn’t work. I only take on clients where my expertise actually applies.
