Background & Story

Les Petits Joueurs (LPJ) is a thriving luxury accessories brand that shakes up the familiar aesthetic of bags and shoes and turns them into quirky, lively statement pieces.

Founded in 2013 in Florence, Italy, by family duo Mariasole and Andrea Cecchi, the brand brought to the fashion industry a whole new world of vibrant aesthetics, building a global cult status.

LPJ’s signature is unique materials and refreshingly modern designs. Ideas are brought to life by Florentine craftsmen who create bags of impeccable quality. The brand expanded into footwear from SS19, blending pop elegance and retro glam, which have also become pillars of the LPJ design philosophy.

Available in 145 countries worldwide, LPJ is currently placed in 200 of the most prestigious stores, including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Level Shoes, Luisa Via Roma and La Rinascente.

Act 2


Despite the success of the brand both online and in retail, E-commerce still presented a high growth potential that had never been fully exploited.

To succeed in this venture, however, it was necessary, in addition to the organic part, to have excellent performance and returns from advertising campaigns – and to effectively cover three continents (North America, Europe and Asia).

The in-house team took care of the performance part initially – with good results – but reaching the set targets needed a larger leap in both quality and skills.


Act 3

SolutionS & Results

First, we subjected the entire E-commerce to a thorough analysis to find areas to optimise in order to increase conversions in the short term.

We then analysed the advertising accounts (Facebook/Google) to correct technical, strategic and tracking errors, and rebuilt all of the advertising campaigns from scratch, according to our standards, to ensure superb performance.

We also implemented our advanced tracking system (Shopify) on LPJ’s E-commerce and were able to recover around 80% of lost conversions and data, thus guaranteeing the campaigns’ unparalleled performance and data clarity.
